Our services

Our company provides tours, cruises and excursions. Our fleet consists of owned day-cruiser-ships, buses and a two storey open bus for tour in the city of Rhodes.

Concerning Cruise ship passengers, our company cannot be held responsible if the Cruise ship or the local agent representing the Cruise ship company in Rhodes (if applicable), change the departure time or program of the Cruise.

Our company ( and all our guides, driver-guides, directors, officers, employees, affiliates, partners, agents, contractors, interns, suppliers, service providers) cannot assume responsibility or liability for any loss or damage to personal effects or for any injury or loss during the duration of a tour, excursion or cruise. We cannot be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind, including, without limitation lost profits, lost revenue, lost savings, loss of data, replacement costs, flight costs, accommodation costs, or any similar damages, whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability or otherwise, arising from your use of any of the service or any products procured using the service, or for any other claim related in any way to your use of the service or any product, including, but not limited to, any errors or omissions in any content, or any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of the service or any content (or product) posted, transmitted, or otherwise made available via the service, even if advised of their possibility.

Prices:

Prices are based on known costs during the period of publishing the services and are subject to change without notice. Prices listed on our website are per person unless otherwise specified. All mentioned prices include local taxation and have no hidden costs.

Prices do not include:

(Unless stated): Gratuities to guide, driver, personal items, lunches and drinks. Gratuities are at your discretion and are really appreciated if given.

Payment:

Smoking:

Smoking is not permitted, but all the tours make frequent stops. The smoking is permitted exceptionally only in cruise tours.

Pick up points:

We provide our pick-up points during the booking procedure.

Free transportation:

Free bus transportation for all cruise guests from Faliraki, Kolymbia, Ialysos(return free ticket). Free bus transportation is also provided for all cruise guests from Faliraki, Calypso hotel, Pegasos hotel, Blue Sea hotel, Epsilon hotel, Olympos hotel, Grecotel Rodos Royal hotel, Esperides hotel. Esperos Palace, Esperos village, Luis Colossos beach hotel and Rodos Paladium hotel (return free ticket).

Clothing:

Entrance to churches and monasteries visited in our tours is not allowed to gentlemen and ladies with no proper outfit.

Lost property:

in case you forget a personal item we will do our best to return it to you. Whilst every effort is made to return lost property, we cannot be held responsible for property left on the coach/boat. Property found must be collected from our local office or partner’s office, after communication with our customer service manager.

Personal insurance:

Is not included.

Our company does not assume responsibility for ensuring that facilities, venues and all other sites, such as archaeological sites, historical public buildings and fortresses visited can accommodate persons with disabilities. While we will try to meet your needs, please be aware that facilities and venues are often not able to accommodate persons with disabilities. If you have a disability and require assistance, please notify us to discuss your needs prior to making any deposit or payment. We will be able to guide you appropriately to choose places easily accessible.

For phone and email bookings we may ask for a bank transfer in order to reserve your tickets.

We are the unique operator of the services we provide. In case that our company acts as an intermediate to a service provided by a third party (supplier) to the customers – the terms and conditions regarding cancellation of the respective third part apply.

If you do not agree to these terms and conditions of sale, you may not purchase tickets from us using the contact form of our website. By using our website, you also accept our Privacy Policy and consent to our use of your personal data as described therein.

Provision has been made for the possibility of amending or cancelling an agreed service.

Specifically:

• More than 15 (fifteen) days prior to the scheduled tour, cruise or excursion: Full refund, excluding 10% for administrative and credit card fees (if any, those are bank transactions fees). The fee can be less than 10 %, depending on the policy of the banks involved in the transaction.

• 14 (fourteen) to 6 (six) days prior to the scheduled tour: The amount will be refunded, excluding the 10% for administrative and credit card fees (those are bank transactions fees) and 10 % penalty charges.

• 5 (five ) to 3 (three) days prior to the tour, cruise and excursion: No refund

• No show or delay of arrival: No refund

Refunds will be returned within 30 days of the cancellation date. A fee of 10% will be withheld for administrative and credit card fees. If the tour is cancelled by us no commission is kept. In exceptional cases, we may refund the total cost at any time.

If the credit/debit card holder for bookings is not you, it will be your responsibility to ensure that you have the card holder's consent before entering any related details, and that such details when entered are true.

ADR – ODR

For any alternative dispute resolution, you may address to any greek alternative dispute authorities such as General Secretariat of Consumers of the Ministry of Development and Competitiveness (Kannigos Sq., Athens, www.efpolis.gr, tel.:1520, fax:2103843549), Ombudsman of the Consumer (www.synigoroskatanaloti.gr, Alexandras Av. 144, 114 71, Athens, tel.:2106460734, fax:2106460414.), and    the Online Dispute Resolution platform of the European Commission: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

Force Majeure

Our company accept no liability and will not pay any compensation where the performance of its obligations is prevented or affected directly or indirectly by or as a result of force majeure or any circumstances beyond its reasonable control including, but not limited to, flood, earthquake, extreme adverse weather conditions, natural disasters, and other acts, such as acts of terrorism, fire or failure of electric power, gas, water, or other utility service, plant machinery, computers, vehicles or any collapse of building structures. 

Severability

These Terms shall be deemed severable. In the event that any provision is determined to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision shall nonetheless be enforced to the fullest extent permitted by law, and such determination shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any other remaining provisions.

Modification

Our Company may at any time modify these Terms and Conditions, and your continued use of this Site will be conditioned upon the terms and conditions in force at the time of your use. Accordingly, you agree to review these Terms and Conditions periodically, and your continued access, use or any other action on this Site shall be deemed your acceptance of the changed Terms and Conditions.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold our Company and its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, agents and employees harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorney's fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your breach of this agreement or the documents it incorporates by reference, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party. Our Company's failure to act with respect to a breach by you or others does not waive its right to act with respect to subsequent or similar breaches.

Applicable Law

These General Terms & Conditions are governed by Greek law. Any claims arising out or are connected to these terms and conditions (including non-contractual-disputes) will be governed by and interpreted by the Greek law.

Any disputes or claims arising under or with connection with this terms it is expressly agreed that shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Rhodes.
